Billing and subscriptions
Questions about a charge, a refund, or cancelling Vizard Pro. You can cancel yourself at any time from your profile page, and our full policy is on the Refunds page.
Something looks wrong in the data
If a points calculation, invitation round, or occupation detail does not match what you see on the Department of Home Affairs website, tell us. Include the page and what you expected, and we will check it against the official source.
Privacy and your data
To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to have something corrected. You can delete your account and everything attached to it yourself, at any time, from your profile page.
Anything else
Feedback, feature requests, press, or partnership enquiries all reach us at the same address.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give migration advice, review your visa application, or represent you with the Department of Home Affairs. Vizard is not a registered migration agent. For formal advice about your own case, speak with a MARA-registered agent.
