What we collect
We collect email addresses and basic profile details including your visa status and location. We only gather information necessary to deliver the service to you.
How we use your data
Your information supports product updates, migration guidance, and platform improvement. We never sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run Vizard: Supabase (secure database and sign-in), Stripe (subscription payments, where your full card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (privacy-friendly product analytics), and AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) that generate the answers in the AI Coach. Each provider accesses only the data needed for its function and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations. We never sell your data.
AI Coach and your questions
The questions you ask the AI Coach are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate a response. Before your messages are stored or sent, Vizard automatically detects and removes sensitive identity numbers, such as passport, tax file, Medicare, and visa grant numbers. As a precaution, please avoid sharing information you would not want processed by an AI service.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for basic analytics only, to understand how people use our site so we can make it better. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Your rights
You can request the removal of your data at any time by emailing hello@vizardau.com. We will process requests promptly.
