Vizard (vizardau.com) is an AI-powered platform that provides general migration information to help you understand your options. By using Vizard, you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
Vizard is not a registered migration agent and does not provide immigration advice under Australia's Migration Act 1958. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal or migration advice. For personalised guidance, consult a MARA-registered migration agent.
No guarantees
While we do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of anything provided on the platform. Immigration rules change frequently. Always verify critical information with the Department of Home Affairs.
Your decisions are your own
Vizard is not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided through the platform. You use this service at your own discretion.
Your account
You need an account to use Vizard, and you must be at least 18 years old to hold one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Accounts are for one person and are not to be shared or resold. Give us accurate details, because the answers Vizard gives you are only as good as the profile they are based on.
Subscriptions and billing
The AI Coach and Points Calculator are free. Vizard Pro costs $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, in Australian dollars, and unlocks Where You Stand, Alerts, Community, and unlimited saved conversations. We are registered for GST, and those prices include it: the amount shown is the amount you pay, with the GST already inside it rather than added at checkout. Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe, your full card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us, and Stripe issues a tax invoice for each payment showing the GST and our ABN. In the iPhone app, purchases are instead processed by Apple through the App Store at the App Store price for your region, billed to your Apple ID and governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices, not Stripe. For those purchases Apple is the merchant of record and handles the GST itself, so the receipt comes from Apple rather than from us.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time, and your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. For a web subscription, cancel from your profile page; we do not refund a billing period that is already underway. For an App Store subscription, cancel from your iPhone Settings, since Apple is the merchant of record for that payment and handles cancelling and refunds directly, not us. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude. The full detail, including how we handle billing errors, is on our Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
Price changes
We may change our prices. If a change affects a plan you are on, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it will only apply from your next renewal. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal and you will not be charged it.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe (or, for an App Store subscription, Apple) will retry it a few times over the following days. If it still has not gone through after the final attempt, your account moves to the free plan. Your data is not deleted, and you can resubscribe at any time to pick up where you left off.
Acceptable use
Use Vizard for your own migration planning. Do not scrape, bulk-export, or republish our content, resell access, resell the answers as your own advice service, attempt to break or overload the platform, or use it to mislead anyone about their visa situation. We may suspend accounts that do any of these.
What belongs to whom
The Vizard platform, its interface, and the material we produce remain ours. Your profile details, saved scores and conversations remain yours, and you can export or delete them at any time from your profile page. We may use de-identified, aggregated usage patterns to improve the product.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Vizard (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue a paid feature you are currently subscribed to, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vizard after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
